Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want to make sure you enjoy your new product , and thus we offer a 30 day return policy for both defective or unwanted items.

All physical merchandise is eligible for a return through the below process. Customized or custom-made unique products such as custom-mixed colors or design patterns cannot be returned unless defective.

Before an item has begun being manufactured, or has not been shipped yet in the case of inventory items, full refunds are available for any purchases.

Ralware LLC reserves the right to refuse further orders to any customer we believe may be regularly using our return policies in a malicious or abusive manner.

Defective or incorrect product

Products which are not adequately described, or are defective in some way may be returned or exchanged for no cost to you. You may request for a full refund or an exchange of like or lesser price product.

You may be asked to return the product, if this is the case you will be notified via your communication method and provided a shipping label to return the product to us.

If you are asked to return the product, once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process your refund within 1-5 business days, or provide you with a new order number if an exchange was requested.

If you have not received your refund after returning the item, or you feel the item may have gotten lost during shipping, please feel free to contact us at support@ralware.com to make sure everything is handled properly. In the case of a provided return label, customer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages assuming that the package has been shown to have been dropped off and scanned at their local postal facility.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with the product, you may return it within the 30 day return window. We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, and if you feel you would like to return the item we will gladly accept it.

If the item is not damaged or incorrect upon receipt, you are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance if applicable. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded from total amount.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible is we do not receive your returned item, and you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
