Discretionary shipping
We value your privacy as best we can. All purchased products ship in plain brown rectangular cardboard boxes with plain brown heavy duty shipping tape. Our logo or company name is never visible on the outside of the box. The return address on the box will be one of two addresses based in the United States:
- If shipped via USPS or GlobalPost, the return address will be our PO box or GlobalPost’s shipping center.
- If shipped via any other method which does not support PO Boxes, the return address will be our fulfillment center in South Carolina.
The return address name will be ‘Ralek K’, ‘R. Kolemios’ or ‘Ralek Kolemios’.
For international shipments, the contents of the box must legally be listed on the outside of the box to pass customs in most countries. For as best privacy as we can, silicone toys are listed as a ‘silicone sculpture’, and dakimakuras are listed as a ‘designer pillowcase’. These may be listed on the outside of the box for international orders, to comply with international law.
Fulfillment
Handling time
Assuming provided shipping address passes verification checks, we aim to ship orders containing all in-stock items same or next business day, excluding holidays. During higher order volume, this may extend to up to 5 business days, though rare.
Orders which contain a pre-ordered item, back-ordered item, or custom-made unique item ship within 5 business days of item’s creation or arrival at our facility.
If you would like each item in your order to ship as fast as possible, it is better to place multiple orders so in-stock items can ship separately than delayed items. Orders with multiple items ship out within 5 business days of all items becoming available.
Shipping time
After the item has shipped, its delivery time is dependent on the delivery service requested at checkout. Below are some of the estimated shipping times for specific services:

Back-ordered, pre-ordered, and custom made items
Items which are not in stock at the time of purchase for any reason state the estimated availability time(s) at the top of the item description, available on the item’s information page. This time is more often than not less than 1 month. If you are confused about an availability estimate or order you’ve placed , please feel free to contact us.
Lost or stolen packages
All shipping methods except GlobalPost Economy are shipped tracked & insured. If your package does not arrive for any reason, please contact us for a free replacement of the same product. For replacements and any orders over $200, shipments may require a signature for delivery. If the item was custom made, the creation of a replacement will skip in line and be expedited through the process.
If your package shows as delivered and you are not in possession of it, please ensure it was not accidentally left with a neighbor and then contact us for a replacement. If it was an international shipment without door-to-door tracking such as GlobalPost Economy, please allow 20 days from arrival in destination country to request a replacement.
